Phase 1 - Requirements Working closely with your Project Managers, we will review your business, functional, technical and implementation requirements. This enables us to translate your vision into a successful product that fulfils your needs. Phase 2 - Design Next, you will receive our detailed project design specifications, internal project milestones and schedules. We divide development requirements into technology segments and verify them for completeness and adherence to your specifications. Phase 3 - Development Our development teams will then build each segment of your project under the direction of a dedicated Project Manager. The prototypes are developed, tested, and integrated into a complete project solution. Phase 4 - Testing
We ensure that every project plan includes an extensive testing and validation period. Using automated quality assurance tools and manual testing procedures, we analyse the functionality, performance, and usability of each project component. Phase 5 – Deployment
As your project is being deployed and launched, our team members remain on hand to provide support throughout this critical period. Combined with the extensive testing in Phase 4, this assures you of seamless product deployment. Phase 6 - Support
