Overview :- Time and Attendance in ConstructionConstruction projects are inherently complex as they involve many different companies accessing site to carryout work this effects many different facets of the works such as, planned works, logistics, worked and billed hours, site safety, work efficiency. Carrying out this work, efficiently and on plan is critical to the construction process, yet many companies struggle to manage their time and attendance information over the lifecycle of a project. For large organisation's this problem multiplies when construction projects are in multiple and often remote locations. With many companies involved – contractors, subcontractors other specialists – and often with a high turnover of staff, reliable and accurate information flow becomes a real issue. Companies have tried a range of solutions to address these challenges and all have proven to have real limitations and don’t offer the transparency or audit trail necessary for a business class solution. DataScope DataTime solutions provide an easy-to-use and easy-to-deploy solution to help construction companies address these challenges. Our solutions can be deployed across multiple work sites in a matter of days. The benefits of deploying our solutions are:

Photo images can be uploaded to the system to present a visual ID to the Security Guard With DataScope flexibility is our key asset. Card Readers can be moved without rewiring, allowing additional units to added or moved as the site develops, in fact temporary readers can be installed within a few days. Complete Front-end Solution DataScope offer a complete front-end solution for managing enrollments for access control systems. The enrollment procedure acquires, processes and manages biometric templates to verify a person’s identity when requesting access at the access terminal. The enrollment process also associates badge numbers and person names with the biometric templates. Upon enrollment database records can be pushed out to Dative Reader terminals. Depending on the required level of access security, DataScope can provide layered identification solutions by implementing a combination of card, biometric and PINs. Dative Reader terminals are the first line of defense in a physical access control system and integrate seamlessly with any your current access procedures. Dative Reader terminals Dative Reader terminals authenticate a persons identity once positive identification has been established and credentials validated, the terminal sends a badge number and facility code to the control panel for determining whether or not a person is allowed access. Access is either granted or denied based on rules established in the control panel. |
